[3] Considering the exhibits produced, the contract of July 21, 2011 which contains a period of warranty for the work of 5 years, the letter of mise en demeure dated December 22, 2012 and the invoices produced for the work done to correct the problem with the bricks, joints and paintings;
[4] Considering the general damages suffered on which Mr. Daniel Ehrenfeld has testified.

GRANTS the Motion;
