Historically, the New Testament has been divided and organized in many ways. Some divisions, such as our modern chapters and verses, are merely cataloguing schemes, used to find passages quickly. Others, such as the Eusebian apparatus, served scholarly purposes. This document will briefly outline some of the methods used over the centuries and preserved in the manuscripts. In addition, it will describe some of the more common marginalia found in the manuscripts.

The modern American law school curriculum is the product of a few but critical choices of design, some of them over a century old. In this Article, I seek to (1) outline how the basic structure and content of the modern American law school curriculum came into being and what were the main competitors that curriculum displaced; (2) describe some of the ways in which the curriculum's basic structure and content have changed since its inception; and (3) point to some of the main sources and motors of change.

"The aim of our research is the improvement of Boolean search with query expansion using lexical ontologies and user feedback. User studies strongly suggest that standard search techniques have to be improved in order to meet legal particularities. Query expansion can exploit the potential of linguistic knowledge and successful user behaviour. First tentative results show the feasibility of our approach.
